HYROX is on an upward trajectory. The functional fitness racing event announced it would expand into Canada for the first time at the 2024 HYROX Toronto event in October 2024, only a few days before the 2024 HYROX European Championships on Feb. 10, 2024, in Vienna, Austria, featured the competitions Elite 15 division.

The HYROX Elite 15 features 15 male and 15 female athletes with the 15 best race times in the sport. It is the highest level of competitive HYROX athletes can reach, and races that feature the Elite 15 are expected to push the boundaries of what race times are possible.
