All my ladies.... How do you

the week before or the week of that hated time of the month do you not go crazy and eat everything in site....... My prob is the week before.... that whole week it sooooo hard for me to eat good. You ladies that are so dedicated~ (I envy you) I was just wondering how you stay dedicated and clean.......

I don't, I wanna eat everything in site - expecially chocolate (yummmmmm!!!) Not a good habit to have at all - I gotta stop that
