Definitely Tri-o-Plex, hands down. Don't get scared when you look at the carbs though. It will say 20-30carbs, but they really only have usually 9-11grams of carbs that directly impact insulin, so those are the ones you count not the total on the Nutrition Facts. Plus, the protein is mostly high quality isolate and it's not baked into something you have to naw on. You can also try Keto bars(made for low carber's) or Dr's Carb Rite bars. Both high quality protein and good taste with maybe 2-4grams of net carbs at the most.
