Help Me!

You have a lot of great advice here take your time and take notes from it to use to your benefit. Its alot to absorb I know.
One thing I wanted to add is watch your meals after a certain time and keep them to protein or easily digestable foods like sugar free jello or applesauce sugar free, add cinnamon to it for flavor.

also AVOID ANYTHING with HIGH FRUCTROSE CORN SYRUP!
It will totally defeat anything you do, even ketchup has it, its hard but it will help very much.

and sleep and rest if you sleep more you eat less too.
as for the pain in your side this will help 1 midol and some water in the morning. it relieves the muscles and bloating you get when running on a dehydrated body. I know i have had that same thing and this always helped when i wanted to lean up I cut down on water and i got cramps alot...
