stomach pain

if this goes on much longer I guess I'll go the doctor

back around Oct. I pulled a muscle in the lower right rib cage-took some time but got over that

then a few months ago I was having pain in my lower right rib cage-that was from doing seated Hammer Strength Rows (padding worn out)

anyway now I've been having a dull pain that comes and goes about 3-4 inches below my right rib cage-not sure what it could be, last night I was sleeping and it woke me up. I contracted my abs and rolled over and now it goes from a dull pain to sharp pain? any ideas? it just comes and goes?

I got some blood work done a few weeks ago and everything looked good

aside from the pain I don't have any other symptoms

placement I think it's a little too low to be gallbladder, liver, or pancreas-maybe a muscle tear?

yeah that's what's weird the blood work came back good

no other symptoms and when it hurts there's no rhyme or reason

sometimes if I lay on my right or left side it hurts but if I lay on my back it's OK???
