I got back in the gym this week after over a year of total absence (hangs head in shame...). I started light, exercising every body part over the course of the last few days just to remind my muscles what will be expected of them....
In any event, when I did Hammer Curls with low-weight dumbbells (25 lbs), I noticed that I felt the burn in the upper part of my forearms far more then in my Braches. I was just wondering...am i doing something wrong to feel so much in my forearms, or is that always the case and I've just forgotten?
