I'm trying to get in a minimum of 4000 a day. The more the better. I find myself squeezing in a cheat meal or two almost everyday now! I hate to do it, but to get all those calories with clean home cooked food is a huge pain in the ass! Chicken and rice is only about 500 cal a meal. I eat beef and salmon usually once a day which helps maybe bring it to 700 cals a meal. I would rather get fat then not hit my calorie quota. Lol. I've been getting shakes with a few big macs as one of my go to quick meals. That's like 1500 cals at least! Any other high calorie eaters in here? Do ya keep it clean or get them however ya can?
