AAS Cycle Log: First Cycle

I just started my first cycle. I'm going to run dbol for 5 weeks 50mg ED (split dose 25mg twice a day). Started 2 days ago.
Test E 500mg week (split dose 250mg. M and Th) for 15 weeks, first pin today.
I'm going to add Var for the last 5 weeks. My starting weight was 170 lbs.
My goal is to add some quality muscle and break through some strength plateaus.

If you don't mind me asking, What's your BF%, height?
Will you be taking measurements? That's much more accurate than the scale. Don't fight the SCALE bro!!
Also, What days will you be working out? Morning or Afternoon?

You're definitely gonna break through those plateaus, and see some quality growth/strength!!

Originally the plan was tbol but I ended up going with dbol.
5'6" Tall. Last time bodyfat was measured it was 13%.
I haven't taken any measurements. Guess I should get on that.
Workouts are are EOD and the time of day depends on work schedule.

That just seems like a lot of Dbol for your first cycle.
Have you considered starting out with 30-40mg/ED for the first week or two to get a "feel" for it?
Just curious why you decided to go with 50mg/ED.
That's gonna cause some serious rise of your E2 bro!
It's not gonna kill you, but it sounds like overkill to me.
I would probably go with 40mg/ED @ week 2 or 3. You don't want GYNO!!
Either way, it's your decision. Just make sure you have enough AI on hand.
It's really tough to gauge E2 unless you're getting Blood Work done.
Just lookin' out man!

The VAR at the end should help you lean out though, and PCT will help you shed most of the water.

I also see that you went from 10 weeks to 15. That should give you plenty of time to get what you want (Hopefully not GYNO)!

That's gonna be the best way for you to track your progress.

Hopefully I wont regret going with 50 mgs of dbol.
I'm sure the BF will go up, but I'm not too hung up on that right now.
Im hoping the var helps clean up the gains at the end.

Dbol is at the top of the list for causing serious GYNO brother, especially at doses over 40mg/ED.
I have read where a lot of guys have had excellent results with as little as 30mg/ED for 4-6 weeks.
Obviously, the higher the dose, the higher the risk.

Don't get me wrong, 50mg/ED isn't an insane dose.
Although, I don't see guys doing much more than that unless they're experienced with it.
I just think it's overkill for your FIRST cycle with that much TEST.
Just sounds like GYNO CENTRAL to me. I hope not though. I'll keep my fingers crossed bro!
I just think you would get plenty of results with 40mg/ED, with less side affects.

Personally, I would try:
30/40/40/40/40
You can always increase the dose after a couple of weeks if you don't "feel" it.
Although, I'm sure you will if it's legit!

Anyway, that's all I'm gonna say about that.
Just my opinion bro. No disrespect!

First pin was Thursday and I'll pin again tomorrow.
My quad is still sore. I'll pin my other quad tomorrow.
The actual injection didn't hurt at all.
The next day though it was sore as hell.
It seems to be getting better. Is it just because my body isn't used to it?
At this point i'm glad its only twice a week pin.
 
That's what Im thinking too MM, plus for some reason I always have a little more pip in my thighs but everyone is different. Heck I've put 5cc in my rump before of some hot oils and barely had any pip which of course it's not recommended to go over 3cc. You will figure out what happens as you gain more experience.
 
Now that I think about it. Quads are the only place I don't pin. They always get really sore also. You don't have to stick the other one just because that's what u did Thursday.

Try somewhere else bro. Most guys start with glutes, but like I said, I would pin I'm my delts every time if I could.

The outside of my calves also respond really well, and glutes are okay. I usually get some inflammation in my traps, but I like it. I don't mind biceps either.

Either way, u just gotta find what works for you bro.
 
I always worry in my quads they are so veiny. I usually get the veins to pop so I can pin the spot with the least major ones lol.
 
I hadn't considered any other muscles, I just thought it was either quads or glutes. I guess it makes sense though, as long as its in the muscle.

That's the great thing about IGF!
Being able to see most of my veins has made it much easier to know where to pin.
I never would have thought I had so many veins in my calves and arms.
That's why it's important to always aspirate!

I'm hoping that you don't have any complications like I usually do.

It's gonna be a killer cycle, and I'm sure you're gonna be very pleased with your results.
