Started my GH today/Serono Serotsim.
Here are the problems I encountered.
1. There was only 85units of "Sterile diluent" in the first bottle. Unless I am doing something wrong. I used a 30 unit slin pin (which is all I had) to move the sterile water into the GH bottle. It came up to be 30units+30units+25units = 85units water. So, I did the math and came up with 85/18=4.72 so the first bottle is 4.72units in the slin pin per 1iu of GH. So, 4.72 X 3 = 14.7units. So, 14.7units on the slin pin = 3iu's GH.
My suggestion for someone thinking of doing this. Get a 100 unit slin pin for moving the water from the water bottle to the GH bottle. I am going to get a ten pack today.
And I may go ahead and get the BW. I did not like having less water than I anticipated. I like to keep everything simple and do it the same way everytime. I had anticipated 1iu GH to equal 5.5 on the slin pin.
2. When I went to draw out the reconstituted GH with the 30 gauge slin pin, the pin filled with a little air and then the GH. I could not get that air out from between the plunger and the Liquid in the syringe. It was really weird. So I figured that I may have too much air pressure in the bottle from infecting the water in there and went to preload another syringe without pulling back on the plunger. I just inserted it into the bottle and then pulled back on the plunger, and had exactly the same problem. The slin pin fills up with a little air before the water comes in. Then I decided to stop right there and make this post to see what kind of feedback I could get from you guys.
So, who knows what I am talking about with the air thing. And how do you stop it.
3. The injection. Man the injection was so easy. Nothing like sticking a 1 1/2" needle in your ass. I did not even feel it. I could inject this stuff twenty times a day with no problem.
Overall things went very well. I think I just need to make a few minor adjustments and get a few more supplies.
