I usually try and plan out the whole year and thought I had my next cycle all layed out but I have to change things up and need suggestions. I've been off for about six weeks now(yeah,it sucks) and I'd like to start back Nov.24 and run 10-12 weeks.
I just found out though that I'll be out of the country for 2 weeks the 1st part of January(that would fall on the 6th/7th week of the cycle). I'll be in the jungle and there is absolutely no way I can take the oil with me and that is the main dilemma. I won't be able to formally train those 2 weeks,but I will have lots of strenuous activities that will also be much more fun if I'm "on".
So,I need 12 week plan that will involve no injects during weeks 6-7. I have a few ideas but I'd rather hear some other opinions 1st.
Right now I'm on HGH bridge 4.5U// 5on 2off.
I'll be able to maintain a high protien diet the whole time.
And anyone who suggests bullshit like, "I think you should wait and start in January when you get back". ...Fuck that idea,it's not gonna happen
