...have never really worked abs at all since my bf is naturally low...but want to start and want to know what you guys do and how often...and what exercises are best for upper/lower etc...and i know diet is key...lol...
HANGING LEG RAISES,ALTERNATING BICYCLE CRUNCH, AND THIS WIERD EXERCISE FOR OBLIQUES, FROM MEN'S HEALTH, HARD TO EXPLAIN. I WORK THEM 2-3 TIMES A WEEK 2 SETS EACH EXERCISE
I know it goes against what you read but I use an incline sit-up board for upper and overall ab work. I do leg raises for lowers and kneeling crunches with the lat machine for uppers and the seratus. I also do crunches with my legs raised on a bench. The hanging twisted crunches are good for obliques. As for the frequency, that seems to really be an individual thing. I think everyday is too much and once per week isn’t enough for me. Lately it has been 3 times per week. I do them in the morning before cardio.
