YOu dont want your insulin levels to spike to much ( my opinion) this will impede the last bit of fat loss if your in ketosis or close... hey but i just a hillbilly.lol record how your body reacted to it time of viens and alll and put it in the arsenal! for contest day!!!!!!
I know they say you can take in sugar after you workout but when im so close its just what the doc laid out for me to eat and nothing else!! I dont like to play hocas pocus with my prep.... i keep it very simple
