Well i am new to this board, i have been reading all your guys posts and stuff, and i think its great i have a serious question though..i am 23 been training for last 4 years, hard last 2..im 5'11, about 190, bf 8%....im looking to get to 200 pounds lean, but still keep the lean muscle look...i don;t want to juice, too many sides and $$$ ..i was thinking abotu either the 1-test which i can get a good deal on...or the 1-ad...but if u guys have any thoughts let me know....any advice would be great.....thanks
