Okay, maybe this is a stupid question, but anyways...
I've just started lifting weights and stuff, been doing cardio(running, stair climber) for a while though. I have one small problem in the weight room, I get really intimidated by the guys in there! I guess I just feel kinda stupid in there surrounded by huge guys. There aren't many females in the weight room(Air Force Base) and I guess I'm just looking for advice, or anything to keep myself from getting intimidated. I really don't even know what I'm asking for, maybe just comments Thanks for any advice
