chisled LOL.......... christ your ready now if your carbing up start at very little complex say 25-35 grams and watch the mirror keeping every 30 minutes or so... you see your self to spill over and back off there... Your pretty good size so it will take a little carbs for you .. remember to carb up with what you dieted on!!!!!!!!!! dont use rice if you didnt diet on it..me i like yams they digest really well when im depleted
