It all depends on whether you are bulking or cutting...bulking eat w/e you want as long as you get your 50g of pro per meal, but during cutting I would eat clean as you have to cut
I eat some fast food. Maybe once every 2 weeks. Just to stoke the metabolism. But I'm a firm believer that you get out of your body what you put into it. Quality mass = Quality Food
