im 5'-6 and i competed there @ 176 1/4 on the nose i weigh in around 211 right now and im really just trying to maintain. i was only lifting m--w--f-- until this week and im back on 2 on 1 off 2 on weekend off rutine. i feell i can compete around 185 but dim boys are bigger than middles> at the national level..I'll be 35 in a few months i started lifting seriously when i was 26-27 ish after a girlfriend dumped me i drank hard and partied harder then found the iron!!!!!!!got married and have to great children... funny thing my wife last night said im not the same man she married and i said ungh,, well she said i have morph into this.. i guess its a compliment!
