have only played with it once, and unless i have a slow thyroid, i got a good uppatee feeling like eca would give you, and that was only cyling up to 50mcg's and back down, didn't get the same feeling when coming back down though, i monitor calories, carbs, etc.. pretty close (even my junkfood at times) what i did notice is t3 aloud me to eat an extra 500 calories (shity cals) with no increase in fat, if anything i lost a little. i believe it would work great in a bulking cycle, (my opinion) and with restricted cals, i'm sure its great for cutting. my opinion on the 10day thing if your willing try pgf2a, this stuff worked for me to loose inches around my waiste faster than anything i have ever used. my .02 cents. good luck, and take care.
