I disagree. I think Log is the way to go. It's in and out of your system quickly- like 2 hours. Start low (2 ius is a good idea). Use it post workout only at first. You do have a carb/protein shake already? Have a friend hang with you for a couple of hours. Also have some glucose tabs or some skittles handy. Familarize yourself with the symptons for low sugar. You still have time to respond and your sugar levels will rise quickly.Humalog is just way to fast to predict what might actually happen, cause if something does go wrong you have a short period of time to fix it. Go with humuli-R and start at 10iu's.
