just be careful bro, i had a back injury about 2 months ago, kept training, thought it was a slight pulled muscle, went in the gym to work chest ( just done 335 for 5 the week prior), put 135 on to warm up, and it fell through my chest, had to get someone to pull it off, i was like wtf, anyhow woke up the next morning, and couldn't move and lost the feeling in my left arm. turned out i had 2 bulging disks and one herniated disk, the training was doing nothing but inflaming it, and finally pinched off a nerve. still not back in the gym, so just make sure its not something more severe, if you don't have your back you can't do shit. take care
