This is a boring meal I eat almost everyday for breakfast, it is right at 50 g of protein, not sure of carbs b/c I dont count my carbs for breakfast, Get some egg protein (optimum vanilla eggis the best) and cream of rice cereal, cook the cream of rice and then add the protein to the cereal w/1-2 tbls. of flax seed oil and eat 1-2 bannanas and there you have an easy 700-1000 cals pending on how much of everything you use.
