Hey rippedchef, im 5'8 and weigh 79kilo's. I'm ripped to the bone and my size is Ok. I am only using winstrol every 2nd day, i have never used any oils. I am taking loads of supplements, e;g Tribulus, ZMA, Glutamine, Animal Cuts and this other stuff called Hydroxymax. Actually i'll send you what ive had today.My diet looks pretty much the same everyday except sometimes i have fish or lean beef...
6am:Meal 1::60g oats,100ml skim milk,3 eggwhites,whey protien,20g wheat bran and 1TBLSP Flaxseed oil. Total cals 570
9am:Meal 2::Tblsp P-butter,whey protien,20g wheat germ and 80g oats. Total cals 610
12midday:Meal 3::half Tblsp Olive oil, 150g chicken breast,200g brown rice and 300g veg. Total cals 616
1.30 Training 3pm post workout:: 35g dextrose, 1 and a half scoops whey protien. Total cals 290
4pm Meal 4::120g chicken breast, 250g veg, 100g brown rice. Total cals 377
7pm Meal 5::100g tuna, 100g veg 50g avocado. Total cals 220
10pm Final meal::Whey protien isolate, 1Tblsp Flaxseed oil. Total cals 222. Thats a total of about 2800cals
There you have it. Also on tuesdays and Thursdays i do Tai-bo from 5.30pm till 6.30pm. I was told, that if i wanted to maintain i should be taking in about the amount im taking in now, but i am actually losing weight. I love the way i look but i hate losing weight on my face. I'd like your opinion. Thanks
