hey i have a question. I used to lift a lot and was pretty big about 6'1' and 200 lbs. but I got transfered from work to a new place and got lazy and fat about 210 lbs. of fat and I have not lifted in a little over a year. I want to get back in shape but, can anyone give me any kind of fat burning cycle or ideas a friend of mine was going to get me some tricana but I'm not sure. Thanks.
