i have been using qv enath. 500mg. i'm on week 7 tomarrow and have only put on a total of about 10lbs.i posted my diet,it was ok.cals are high 3500-4000.protien around 200g ed.
i was thinking of switching test to something else and extending cycly 12 wks. what do u guys rec. to finish with to get an extra 5 plus pounds(solid)
