I know the breakfast for champions is DBOL
but in my opinion the breakfast for natural champs is
10oz Steak
12oz Milk
5 whole Eggs
this is awsome for bulking and losing fat. it could fit in anykind of diet keto, bulking, low carb. So all u NEWbeezzz that are trying to become muscle freaks hit your steak and eggs in the morning. and yeah there have been studies that say that whole eggs dont increase the risk of heart attack, also i rather eat whole egg cuz the yolk has a lot of protien, mineral, and vitamins.
