Where I have been eating everything that I come across for the past month or so, it is starting to catch up with me.
My gut isn't big but it's in the formation and I figured some cardio would take care of it. Since I am wanting to put on mass, how much cardio is too much? I just want to keep the gut from forming and nothing more.
Is one mile on Monday, Wednesday and Friday sufficent after I work my abs?
