i will be doing my first keto diet for the first time.
i bought some keto stix to double check it i am really in keto mode.
So here is the plan
Meal 1
5eggwhites, 1 whole egg
6-8oz. Lean Steak
Meal 2
Shake: 35g Protien, 1tsp Coffee, 1tbs FlaxSeed Oil
Meal 3
6-8ozChicken, 2cupsBroccolli
Meal 4
Shake: 35g Protien, 1tsp Coffee, 1tbs FlaxSeed Oil
Meal 5
Chicken Salad with raisons, fat free dressing, olive oil.
Meal 6
1cup cottage cheese
35g Protien
please tell me what i am doing wrong. from 17% i wana get down to 10% asap
so please post your opinions.
