Just got home from doing Chest. It sucked. I stopped doing heavy sets of 1-6 reps and now am doing lighter weight at 8 reps (trying to get some size). First set of 190 8 times was smooth, second I bombed out at 7, 3rd set at 180 I bottomed out a 7, tried 180 again with a spot to keep my momentum and boost me up a little to finish the set of flat bench and bottomed out at 6.5.. Truels sucked, my spot let me sit with it too long and it burnt me out. I wish he would have kep it moving for me. Did some decline, dumbell flyes, and flyes on the machine, machine flyes really got me a good pump. We will see in the morning if I accomplished anything if Im sore or not. Ohhh helped the GF paint her house today, yeah the bottom trim of the house, I sat on my ass and painted till my legs went numb, then stood and bent over till my Hams and Lower backed hurt. Felt like the karate kid with a sick mix of pilaties!
