I have been off everything except GH for over six weeks. And off AS for a couple months. I have been training steady and working on my diet.
Well, I started back on slin eight days ago and I have already gained 7 pounds. The stuff is truly amazing.
Here is my latest program.
10 iu's pre-workout.
Sip carbo force AND meal replacement drink with 50g protien while I workout making sure I finish BOTH before the workout is over.
10 iu's post-workout.
Sip gatorade and meal replacement dring with 50g protien steadily until it is gone. (about 45 minutes).
Then just eat as much as I can with as little fat as possible.
Also, I have been doing slin for about four or five months cycling on and off. If you plan to do it, make sure you start with post-workout shots only until you get used to it.
One more thing: I only do the pre-workout shots when I am working out at home and have plenty of glucose tabs/gatorade/carbo force etc.. within 30 seconds reach.
