well i can do it in a couple weeks,lol, but thats with alot of cardio, so no clue with just clean dieting, maybe a couple months, but real clean, like fat under 30grams a day carbs 120 and below and normal protine intake, thats my guess
Depends on a lot of factors, but an important one is how much fat that 4% is in lbs. If you weigh 200 lbs, then 14% is 28 lbs of fat, and 10% is 20 lbs of fat (on top of your hypothetical lbm of 172 lbs), so you'd only have 8 lbs of fat to lose (assuming you don't lose any muscle). Losing 1 lb of fat a week isn't terribly tough if you're working at it, so that'd be 8 weeks.
