If I were responsible for your prep, I would recommend this:
keep the prop all the way through.
I see your logic - start with prop to kick test levels in before the cyp can take affect, drop the cyp for the prop for water at the end. However, I think your test levels need to be higher throughout your prep AND 200mg of cyp won't having you hold much if any water anyway. Keep the cyp but keep the prop throughout.
Yes, you need more rimi as it comes closer to the show. I would say (without knowing what you look like or your propensity to hold water) to go with something like: .5mg rimi until 4 weeks out - .75mg ED, 3 weeks out - 1mg ED, 2 weeks out - 1.25mg ED and then 1.5mg ED for the remaining time and run the rimi a few weeks AFTER the show along with some test. This is assuming that you, like most, will blow up after the show. Taper down after the show with the rimi.
Cut the GH at atleast 2 weeks but would be better at 4 weeks in my opinion.
Be SURE and run a trial shitload when severely depleted, sometime under the 5 week mark. This will tell you what time frame you will have come show day and give you a much better idea of how your body will react.
