I was speaking with someone who has been competing for years, and he said that him and his muscle cronies use this theory:
Time On = 1/2 Time Off. I know the accepted rule around here is Time On should equal Time Off, a straight 1:1 ratio. What do you guys think about this? Hell, I'd love to start another cycle in June as opposed to July! I am interested in all opinions.
