J, I don't think one is better than the other they are completely different, they are commonly used together.
They compliment each other more than a A vs. B
My opinion is that clen is safer due to the fact that you're not messing with your thyroid which is very sensitive. Normally you would not want to do T3 alone due to its catabolic properties but you can do clen alone and actually gain a little strength off it like I did. I would usually use the T3 during a cycle and then clen when the cycle is done. People like to do clen and T3 together post cycle which may work but I just don't think that clen is enough of an anticatabolic agent to prevent muscle loss while taking T3.
