Hello,
my name is Serkan Cetin and i´m the current German and Turkish Lightheaviweight Champion!
Last year in November i get the second place in the IFBB World Championships. My goal is to get the pro card in the next 2 years.

Weight: Normal 90-92kg, Contest 85kg
In off season my bodyfat is between 7- 8%
In copetition 4-5%


Arm size, chest/back size, legs.
Arm 47,5
Legs 73cm
Waist 78cm

To convert:
multiply kg x 2.2 to get lbs
divide centimeters by 2.5 to get inches....
