what wt you gonna get down to bro...your calves look awesome dude! My guess is you will drop to 175 or I would try to if I were you...that is top of ltwt. in novice....how tall too?

thanks guys ! this dieting is killing me but I seem to be keeping with it so far I had doubts the other day that I might not make it but them WeirdAl called me a pussy and I got my focus back ! lol thanks AL !


ok as for the show I was thinking my weight should be somewhere between 177 and 182 but I do not know what the weight class is broken bown to I want to hit the top od middle weight class

The weight class for novice (1st show) cuttoff is 178.5, I believe, and there are only 2 classes! If you remember, the lighter weight class were all ripped to shreads, and the upper class were all fat (relatively) in the show we went to (novices).
