that's about the only reason I go to other boards to recurit new members

I post over at FG sometimes. Mainly because the board address is in my sig over there. I always tell people to come over here to read all of the good articles.

Often times instead of cutting and pasting good articles from MC you should just put the web address of the thread that way people will be more inclined to see if there is any other good info (which is always!) by browsing through all of the other forums here. This would definitely help site traffic.

However, it's always a good idea to be respectful to other boards. The admins of the other boards may not like the fact that you are over promoting (or spamming) their boards to funnel traffic away. Just a small link goes a long way.

If anyone has any ideas to help promote MC and increase site traffic please list them here that way each member can have a part in increasing site traffic and further make MC a step ahead of the rest.

bump..........Lets get on those other boards, at your gym , your family etc and get people on MC!

yep - if you are at all active on another board, be sure to have your "home" board (MC, of course) in your sig!

I been working pretty good on increasing traffic from other boards.

I will continue to do so.
