i'm from RI i'm still gonna bulk up until late feb. then start dieting for the show in may... i'm still trying to learn my poses and stuff...the last pic is natural except insulin...i'm bridging until nov.1 then i will really hit everything..i'm also starting igf this week sometime also as a bridge plus it will clean my insulin recepts. thanks for the wonderful comments....

loooking good man better than me now that i have school iám down from 200lbs to 185
u might wanna lose a little on the lower back but besides that ur a regular hercules .

You look good bro...You are vascular....What are you using in the biceps...some of my boys started using oil and the results are not bad...took one from 19 1/2 up to 21 1/2 in about 6 weeks...looks good....but any more and it would be over board for him...
