thanks! I really wish I had some better pics, but I'm lucky to have these. My wife's 35mm camera doesn't have a zoom, and she was too far away to get any good ones.

Not still sporting the shiny head, have short hair and a full beard now, lol. Thinking about shaving it again for AC, though, or maybe before

Great effort Al! We need more "senior" members showing up the young crowd who have not taken the leap to compete!

You gotta get some glare reduction cream for the dome - the bright light temporarily blinds the judges and then they might miss your awsome condition! ;)

A lot of hard work and it shows the pictures are good anything else would have been scary lol u obvoiusly put a lot of effort into the gym and u are getting results .
Be a while before i get into any competions though lol i've got too much school work to maintian a big size i can get to 205 ripped but i lose it real quick .
