OK, here I go...new member here...I'm 44, competed in four competitions, in masters class. In this pic I was 160...I'm 5-10..this was the most ripped of any show I've done. It was the Ancient City Classic in St. Augustine Florida, a week later I did Southern States in Fort Lauderdale and had dropped down to 154. It was different because it had weight classes for masters, most local shows in Florida don't. Weight now is back up to 190 as I try to bulk up for next year. Please let me have some comments, I know number one is getting more mass. Thanks everyone.

welcome bro first off you look great only thing I can say is maybe get a little thicker in the legs thats it but i amsure that with you bulking you will anyway !
