im 5'5" and weighed 162 at this show. currently I weigh 195 and am trying to put on a solid 15 plbs of muscle before my next two shows in May and July.

You looked very good in these pics. What Division did you enter and how did you do in the show?
Very impressive for your first show. Very good conditioning. I'd be interested in hearing what your last 10 days of prep looked like from a carb/water/nutritional standpoint.
You should look even better next time if you can ad the 15lbs and get into great condition again. Keep up the good work and welcome to MC!

I ended up winning the middleweight division and the overall novice division.
Here is what I did the starting sat till tuesday-
Supplement Program-( all Beverly International supplements)
Super Pak with meal 1
6 Ultra 40 with each meal
4 Mass Aminos with each meal
2 Lean out per meal
25 Muscle Mass BCAA’s during training
L-Glutamine before and after training
Muscle Synergy 8 tabs while training
3 GH Factor before meals
7 Keto twice daily
(2 1/2 gallons water)
Meal #1- 6 egg whites 6 oz. 99% lean ground turkey 1 grapefruit 2 Flax caps
Meal #2- 2 scoops Muscle Provider, 1scoop 100% Egg, water
Meal #3- 8 ounces chicken (weighed prior to cooking) 4 cups salad (lettuce, tomato, carrot, cucumber, green peppers, etc.) 2 TBL Cider Vinegar and 1 TBS Sunflower Oil (or other vegetable oil) for a dressing
Post workout- 2 scoops Muscle Provider, 1scoop 100% Egg, water
Meal #4- 6 oz can tuna or 5 oz. chicken 3 egg whites 1 tomato or 1/2 cup vegetables
Meal #5- 8 oz. lean meat 2 cups vegetables 2 Flax caps
Meal #6- Same as meal 2
From wed till Thurs- ( carb loading 2 1/2 gallons sodium free water) ( supplements stayed the same)
Meal 1- 1/1/2 cup oats and ny strip
meal 2- 1 large sweet potato
meal 3- 1/1/2 cup oats and ny strip
meal 4- 1 large sweet potato
meal 5-1 large sweet potato
meal 6-1/1/2 cup oats and ny strip
Friday- ( cut water intake in half and cut off at 6pm/ only sip water to keep mouth wet or get food down) all food stayed the same but added simple sugars to first 4 meals . strawberry preserves and apple sauce.

I also use primarily BI supps. Expensive but good quality.
Did you use natural diuretics?
Wondering if you buy your BI supps through BI or a third party. I saw a thread on another board that talked about a different source for BI products that was quite a bit less expensive but did not name the vendor.
You really did look very good in your pics for your first contest, but it looks like you might want to tweak your anti/e efforts. There are many folks on this board other than me who could offer advice about that. You don't want your efforts to add another 15 lbs to also bring unwanted side effects.
Did you have a coach to help you with your prep? If so it showed, if not you did a great job of putting things together yourself. What show was it?
