am wondering if anyone knows how much glygogen/glucose you actually need to function and or resore muscle levels back to normal? is there a fromula that you can use to measure how many grams you need per say LBM or bodyweight?

I think there too many variables involved here for us to make a suggestion such as body type, size, weight, bf%, and so on.

I will bump this in case I am wrong here.

Could you be a bit more precise in your question?... What do you mean by "function" and under what circimstances are you "restoring" levels (after what kind of exercise, how long, etc.)?
