It would be nice if this stuff didn't have such detrimental side effects. I don't like being so sleepy, and I certainly can't do with the appetite suppression. It seems like a lot of these effects directly negate what you're trying to do. Enough of my whining... Do some of you get the sides even at 5 - 10 mg? How do you deal with the sides?

a lot of the sides can be countered by stacking with 4AD at 400-800mg daily.
