Ok, this will be my last question for cutting cycle. Will you please post what you eat in one day while cutting and if possible post how many days you work out and how many days you do cardio and for how long.
When I cut. I simply run alot. I get up every morning and run for an hour. I have stuborn fat and after all these years of trying H.I.I.T. style programs I found that running for about an hour 3-5 times a week helps a ton. My workouts consist of moderate weights and high repetitions in a circuit style training 3 times aweek. My diet is super simple 4-6 MRP'S daily Some chicken breast, cottage cheese and some beans for fiber........I never complicate the situation. The simpler the easier it is to follow.
