Hey everyone,
Rocky Mountain Research Products .com Is temporarily down.
I needed to let everyone know what happened, so you are aware and may understand.
Rocky mountain has been temporarily shut down. We were a joint ownership and many problems arose from this.
My old partner started keeping orders from the packaging and shipping department after he withdrew his ownership in order to ruin us.
Many have wanted thier orders but I finally was able to see them Friday in court proceedings. We were told to shut it down until single ownership is established, which will be I.
I am now filling all order with what staff and friends are left. Please be patient you will get everything you ordered very soon, however the bad timing of the holiday weekend screwed up then going out sooner.
I apologize for this but orders can still be placed via pay pal and email and mailed in. Make sure to use a tracking number for safety and so we know and you know we received it.
We will be back up soon with our own line of products and a new shipping department to process orders and ship within 24 hours unless a weekend order is placed, the next business day it will be shipped.
I apologize guys but this is what happens when people get greedy and dont care about customer service and keeping good products for people. He complained we spent to much on sterile equipment and good products and then didnt charge enough for it to make us both a bunch of money, well Frankly I am not into ripping people off and I have bills to pay as well and debts incurred too.
I cannot go further since it is in litigation in court right now and I will have single ownership very soon and it will be back up since I own the trade name.
Please be patient I know have all orders that were received and they will all go out very soon.You all have my word! and you know where to find me..lol
