gonna get some soon,just got a digital and have some on the way, but i`m still onatural right now for the last 5 months, but at 205lbs- 5`8" and at 8 %bf, if you beleive me, oh well.

2nd over all, but this year i`m going for the whole thing, make my legs bigger and thicken my bellies in my shoulders/arms/ chest/ and widen the back. i`v been off for a year doin just that, hopefully it paid off. thanks

was this the national qualifier? are you doing the nationals or world qualifier this year?

you have an amazing physique, especially for a natural. genetics like that don't come around every day.

IMO, it's time for you to take the next step. if you won your weight class, you have a 3 year buy into the nationals....why not go the next step instead of doing the same contest?

thanks guys for the positive coments, i will definitly put more on the forum in the future for your critiquing. real roids, yeah that is the guy who won the whole show that year tim rafus(one in middle), he has a real good chance to go all the way in my books but that is just me.
