Hey guys,
I got off of schedule for a few weeks and have had a hard time getting back into the game. I've been training but only half ass and I don't like it. Yesterday I seemed to have more drive and I am requesting a swift kick in the ass from you guys to help get me jump started. Any suggestions by those of you who have been through this will be greatly appreciated.
