this is my first time using this board and everything looks amazing. im on t-3 three right now and im loving it, my question is how long should i stay off of t-3 before i jump back on?

General rule of thumb is time off = time on. I would seriously crack down on my diet, you might not even need to jump back on if your strict on the intake. Try some ephedrine hcl too, that stuffs pretty good.
