I"m going to be bulking soon, M1-T and 4-ad for 4 weeks at 10mgs and 400mg. My question is, what would be a good balance of carbs/protein/fat for someone who is very carb sensitive? I put on fat WAYYYYY too easily from carbs, so i was thinking of something like this: 50%/20%/30% with all as much of that 30% coming from EFA's as possible. Also what would u say a good calorie range is, i'm 220 right now bf at around 12%.
