I didn't win overall as I hoped but it's motivation to do better. I'm setting my sight on a show in April which is 15 wks away from now. I won 1st place heavyweight with nobody else in my wt class. Oh well :(

Hope you like my art work. Sorry the pics aren't great but I wasn't taking the pics and I was too cold to flex while standing in freezing pool water too.
