My best in the gym was 540, but I was weighing in the 230's.
My best in competition @220 class with single ply standard INZER blast is 518 lbs.
My best ever is 501@198lbs with single ply standard INZER blast.

I haven't maxed out my bench since it was 285, maybe a couple of years back.
I've never put more than 365 on the bar but I can rep that out.

I'm 275 though so it's not that impressive. My dong on the other hand is quite impressive.

I haven't maxed out in quite some time but it used to be in the 325-340 range. Just a guess, because I always did multiple reps.

about 340 and i weigh 202. i'll admit its not as impressive as jaywooly's dong.
I usually end with 215-225 for medium reps Haven't done anymore than that in about 2yrs, shoulder goes sour with much more weight.
275....weigh 185. Being all natty sucks!

most was 535....right now my low rep set is 430 for 4...i'm not near as strong as i used to be...getting old...415 for 10 used to be the catalyst of my bench
Currently up to 315 lbs. has increased about 20lbs in the last 6 weeks working under Big A's routine...

Well, mine is not nearly as impressive as all yours, but I press 135. Never tried to max out, because I don't have a spotter...but it's probably close to that weight.

I think that's VERY impressive. Personally don't know too many females that workout let alone bench their own bodyweight.
Gasoline - I'm not sure if you're question was referring to Big A's routine or my bench amount. If you were asking what Big A's routine was, I believe it's a stick entitled BASIC PRINCIPLES FOR BEGINNERS" check it out...it works for everyone. There are also a few others on this board who have had decent gains in size and strength with it as well. If you were referring to why in one post my max bench was 275 and 2 posts later it was 315, you dug up an old post bro. As of 3/17/2005 my max was 275. As of 2 weeks ago, my max was 315.

never maxed out myself. I workout solo usually so I do like 335 for 8-9 reps a few times. I go up to 355 and pump out 6. I can only grab a spotter sometimes, I don't want some fool who is going to leave me hanging. I find myself using dumbells more to make it easier. Be careful though-two weeks ago I was doing flys with the db's and one of the lugs was loose on it. A side came hurling off and almost hit me right in the not. Had a few employees set me up with a free month for my ordeal.

damn that could end badly or it could end with your name on the sign outside...
damn that could end badly or it could end with your name on the sign outside...
I'll try it with the 5 pounders first and see how it goes.
Never checked to see what my max was. My shoulders have been giving me a fit the past few months so I won't be trying to find out any time soon. Most I ever put on the bar was 315 for 4 reps for an extra set to see if I could do it, that was over a year ago.

When I was 17 I did 315 for 5..... But now I never flat bench... I use now 160 pound dumbells @ my gym (highers they go) I repped those out on incline bench for 8-12 times

Bench is by far my weakest lift. Best ever 325. Weight at the time 200#.

Apparently my newfound dedication to the gym is paying off, i finished bench at 315 and i did it 4 times and almost ate it on the fifth try lol. I havent done any gear yet but i may in the near future. Im not sure what i max on bench, it probably is in the 325-350 range i would guess. I may try it soon just to see, you guys got me curious now. Although i am a pretty large guy already so its not that impressive. im 6'2 and around 275

My best bench is 545lbs. I haven't done that since last year though. I had a shoulder injury but i don't go any heavier then 405 for reps now. My weight is 240's lean. I have a sister who benches 225 for 5-6 reps and she weighs around 170lbs. She's doing the national teenage competition in pittsburg this coming july..
My best bench is 545lbs.
OMFG!!!!! That's too many plates! :dizzy:

Cool =Biceps curls: 37 lbs / 16.5 kg, 6x3Same on deltoids and forearm curls.Reverse forearmcurls...maybe 15 lbs.Although Im really weak when it comes to bench, I only bench 120 lbs/55kg 6x3 =220 lbs/100 kg on calfraises 10x3I only squat 130 lbs/60 kg 6x3 though. But Ive only been training for 3 months, so maybe Ill be real strong in a year or so =I find it quite easy to stay disciplined, I train WuShu /Kung Fu 3 times a week and do weightlifting 5 times a week, so on wednesdays I do both; those days are crazy =D but i agree, deltoids and biceps, and abdominals are insaneI got sick a month ago; for week and it really ruined my muscles. I got ALOT weaker, but now Im back =DBtw, for how long have you been training and how old are ya?Edit: Oh, just checked your profile. 16, like me =D

I have done 405 for 2. I like higher reps when it comes to chest. Maxing out is not good for my shoulders. I can do 225 for 30 reps. I also bench with my feet up on the bench.

I never bench as I feel it just isn't a very good movement for me. However, I did close grip 325 for 4 @ 210lb. That's gotta be the most weight I've handled on a bench.
